Uri Pousada

Before I share my experience I want to make it very clear that the one star I'm giving has nothing to do with a receptionist. I was well received by the receptionists the women there were very professional and treated me very well. Unfortunately because of the manager named Murillo I will never spend time or money or even recommend this place to anyone I know. I travel all over the world and this was the first and only place that denied me a professional masseuse to enter my room that I paid for for only 1 hour. The managers excuse was it's for the safety of the people staying at the hotel which I was one of them, I spent over 20 hours traveling to get to this location and all I wanted was a massage and since the location doesn't have a spa I hired one in the area Unfortunately those that know the area most of the masseuses work outside on the beaches and I wanted my room for comfort and air conditioning. I explained this situation to murillo and he simply didn't care about the situation or the needs of his client. I spent over 4000 reais in this location alone I have all the receipts to prove it. When I told him that I was willing to cancel the booking and spend my money else where he simply told me to do so and had no regard or care this is a sorry excuse for a person in his capacity as a manager or so called leader. I will not be coming back or recommending this place to anyone and trust me I know tons of people that would travel on my recommendations. Murillo was a sorry excuse for a manager with very poor customer service Goodluck for anyone that decides to stay there

The Uri inn was an incredible experience, the place is super clean, peaceful and beautiful, everything is very new, the room was very beautiful and cozy, the bathroom is very good, very clean and with a large space.

The breakfast has many different options, very tasty.

The pool is very beautiful and very clean, it is a very good place to relax.

Uri inn was a great experience that was worth the money spent and is definitely a place I would choose again.

We had a wonderful stay! Big bedrooms and bathrooms, great breakfast and a nice pool. Only wish for the future: Guests need to wear a paper bracelet for identification. We thought it was a bit inconvenient, maybe that could be changed.

Ours stay at URI Pousada was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for. The facilities are fantastic - the pool is a true oasis, especially after a day at the beach. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind.
Everything about the pousada is thoughtfully designed, from the beautiful plants and decorations to the spotless cleanliness. The attention to detail is incredible, and it truly makes the place feel special.
The staff deserves a special mention - they are super friendly, kind, and always ready to help with anything you need. Their warmth and hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable.
And let's talk about the breakfast- it was absolutely delicious! There were so many options to choose from, but what stood out were the fresh, made-to-order items like cuscuz, tapioca, and omelets.It was such a treat to start the day with such tasty and freshly prepared food.
I was so sad to leave and return to real life! If you're looking for a peaceful, beautiful, and well-managed place to stay in Maragogi, this is it. I can't wait to come back!
