It is a condominium of apartments. The people who serve it are very helpful. I guess the departments will each have their own thing. Ours had an air conditioner in the room that generated noise and vibration from the windows that made it impossible to get a good rest.
Although it is true that it is very close to the beach, it must be clarified that it is the worst beach in the area. There is a river approximately 300 meters away that flows into the sea. Therefore the first 100 meters of water are river. Cold and cloudy. From the coast you can see the turquoise sea beyond that strip. So if you want the “Brazilian Caribbean” don't go there. They have to stay in the Xareu beach area. It is also not possible to rent a car in Maragogi, so you have to take an Uber or walk between 2 and 5 km one way and the same (be careful with the high tide, it does not allow you to cross the river) to have beautiful beaches.

Ótimo lugar para se hospedar. Fica muito próximo a praia e a rua principal de Maragogi. Apartamento limpo, e mto bem equipado. Lugar é mto tranquilo, voltamos várias vezes de madrugada e não tivemos nenhum problema. Recomendo!

Lugar muito agradável. Perto da praia (nao chega a 100m). É necessario um cuidado maior com detalhes. Portas e janelas que nao fecham direito, utensilhos de cozinha velhos ou quebrados. A TV só pegava um canal aberto e tem menos de 30in.
Bairro seguro e perto de mercadinho e da av a beira mar com infinidade de restaurantes.

Minha experiencia foi muito boa, anfitrião é muito prestativo, o apartamento muito bem limpo e aconchegante, pertinho da praia, super indico, quando puder voltarei de novo, vale a pena
